Relevant localities and departments need to strengthen their prevention of adverse impacts on transportation, power supply and heating, agriculture, animal husbandry and people's lives.

The Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea should pay close attention to the changes in ice conditions and prevent the adverse effects caused by sea ice.

The drought in most areas such as North China and Huanghuai will continue. The winter wheat area needs to strengthen field management, and adopt measures such as suppression, fertilization and cover to protect against drought and freeze, so as to ensure winter wheat safely.
